Position: Business Analyst

Location: Owatonna MN

Primary Purpose

Gather and document “as is” and “to be” business processes and rules. Analyze and recommend process improvements. Act as a mentor and trainer to others doing business process analysis.

Position Responsibilities

  • Analyze and recommend process improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate user acceptance test and/or model office.
  • Develop business process documentation and/or training material.
  • Facilitate application or process training.
  • Train and mentor others doing business process analysis.
  • Develop, test, implement and maintain automated workflows.

Position Requirements

  • Two to five years business analysis experience
  • Four-year college degree, preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with people
  • Solid analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills
  • Administratively strong and detailed oriented
  • Understanding of technology concepts and capabilities
  • Permanent authorization to work in the United States
