Location: Owatonna MN
Primary Purpose
Gather and document “as is” and “to be” business processes and rules. Analyze and recommend process improvements. Act as a mentor and trainer to others doing business process analysis.
Position Responsibilities
- Analyze and recommend process improvements.
- Organize and facilitate user acceptance test and/or model office.
- Develop business process documentation and/or training material.
- Facilitate application or process training.
- Train and mentor others doing business process analysis.
- Develop, test, implement and maintain automated workflows.
Position Requirements
- Two to five years business analysis experience
- Four-year college degree, preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with people
- Solid analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills
- Administratively strong and detailed oriented
- Understanding of technology concepts and capabilities
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States
