Position: Advertising Production Supervisor

Location: Owatonna MN

Primary Purpose

Originate ideas and concepts for graphic design and write copy for materials used for Company communication to employees, clients, prospects and associations. Serve as the primary business contact for internal and external customers requiring services of the creative team.

Position Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees, management, and vendors to strategize and manage the creation of multi-platform advertising campaigns.
• Direct the production and distribution of print design projects.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective advertising strategies.
• Ensure corporate image, legal, and brand standards are met.
• Continuously develop and manage advertising workflow and approval procedures.
• Supervise and develop members of advertising creative team.

Position Requirements

• Four-year college degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or graphic arts and design
• Five years experience in graphic arts related field
• Previous experience managing the creation of advertising materials
• Expert knowledge of publishing and graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver, and online publication experience preferred
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States
