• Our Home Office is located in Owatonna, Minnesota, and our Regional Processing Offices are in Owatonna and Phoenix, Arizona.

Owatonna

We employ approximately 1,500 employees in Owatonna, which has been home to Federated since 1910. With a population of approximately 24,000, Owatonna has retained its hometown values while growing into a vibrant and prosperous community for business. Federated is just one of a dozen nationally and internationally recognized companies with major operations here, including Jostens, Cybex, Viracon, Wenger, and Cabela's.

Phoenix

Not only is Phoenix a haven for winter-weary Northerners, it's one of America's fastest growing cities. Federated opened its Phoenix office in 1987 to serve clients in the Western states. This office employs approximately 120 people in marketing, claims, underwriting, and other support roles. The Phoenix office offers commuter benefits to employees and is designated as one of the Best Workplaces for Commuters^SM by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
